The announcement was made on the occasion of the economic forum \"The Global Africa Business Initiative\".<\/p><p>\"It's a great day for the DRC, because it's been two years since F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi convened the business forum in Kinshasa around this great machine of the battery industry in Africa\", launched the Congolese Minister of Industry.
